Q: How does one report a bug?

Q: What may be causing the crashes I am experiencing?
A: Crashes may result from insufficient system resources, software conflicts, or application bugs. We recommend updating to the latest version and ensuring your system meets the necessary requirements.

Bloxd Launcher Concerns

Q: I am encountering significant lag while playing the game. What actions should I take?
A: To mitigate lag, consider disabling some of the custom settings offered by BloxdForge, or check your network ping.
Q: The custom setting(s) are not functioning as anticipated. What should I do?

Workshop Concerns

Q: The texture packs are not loading as expected.
A: Our file loading process utilizes the GitHub API, which may experience latency. We appreciate your patience, and if the issue persists, please refer to the Technical Issues section to report the bug.
Q: I am unable to download the texture packs, or the downloaded file appears to be corrupted.
A: Downloading files is managed through the GitHub API, which can sometimes be slow. We thank you for your understanding. If the problem continues, please refer to the Technical Issues section to report the issue.

Creator Concerns

Q: I do not possess a key.
A: Please click the "Get Key" button to acquire a key. This will provide you with access after a brief advertisement.
Q: I don't know how to use the UI.
A: In the right sidebar of the screen, you will find a variety of tools to assist with texture pack creation. Available services include: Piskel (for sprite creation), Blockbench (for 3D modeling), Skybox Generator (for generating skyboxes), PackVault (for file storage), Materialize (for texture editing), and ColorDesigner (for color palettes).
Q: The webpages in the opened windows aren't loading.
A: We utilize external services in the Creator and cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of any site. If one or more sites aren't loading, please be patient as we await their return to service.

Q: The wiki is not loading as expected.
